Danielle has a particular passion for working with neurodivergent individuals, drawing on both 10 years of professional experience in education and her own experience as a late-identified neurodivergent person. She also works with clients navigating depression, anxiety, burnout, trauma, and religious trauma and healing.
Danielle's work is grounded in neuroaffirming, trauma-informed, and person-centered practices. She draws from ACT, CBT, and mindfulness-based approaches, adapting her style to fit each client. Her focus is on creating a collaborative, nonjudgmental space where clients feel genuinely seen and understood, and on supporting them in building self-compassion and living more authentically.
As a late-identified neurodivergent person myself, I know what it feels like to spend years not quite understanding why things felt harder than they seemed to for everyone else. That experience shapes everything about how I show up for clients. I want people to feel what I didn't always have: a space where they don't have to mask, explain, or justify themselves to get support.
Danielle is currently accepting clients and welcomes individuals navigating neurodivergence, depression, anxiety, burnout, trauma, and religious trauma.
