Forms on this website are not a secure channel for protected health information. Please do not share sensitive health details through the contact form. Clinical communication takes place through our secure client portal or by phone once you are an established client.
Appointment scheduling and the client portal are provided by SimplePractice, a HIPAA-compliant electronic health record platform. Information you enter into the scheduling widget or portal is governed by SimplePractice's privacy and security practices in addition to ours.
This website uses standard web analytics to understand general traffic patterns, such as which pages are visited and how visitors arrive. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify individual visitors.
