Rates & InsuranceWe believe cost shouldn't be the reason someone goes without care. Here's exactly what sessions cost and every route we offer to make them work.
Individual therapy for adults, adolescents, and children, plus couples therapy, with a licensed clinician.
Sessions with our graduate-level counseling interns are offered at a reduced fee, under the direct site supervision of Dr. Cutrone.
Our practice does not directly accept insurance. However, we work with a company called Thrizer, a reputable payment processing company that helps facilitate reimbursement for sessions by using your out-of-network benefits. Whenever you pay for a session, Thrizer submits the insurance claim on your behalf. Based on your specific insurance plan, you can get between 50 and 100 percent of the session cost reimbursed directly into your bank account.
Thrizer also has the option to pay just your copay amount rather than wait for reimbursement, for a small extra fee. This information can be provided to you before beginning therapy, as payment is due at the time of the session. For more information, visit thrizer.com/clients.
We are committed to promoting inclusivity, diversity, and equality in mental health care. Our sliding scale therapy sessions are an essential part of that commitment for those who cannot afford the full session cost or are unable to access mental health coverage through an insurance plan. Sliding scale spaces are limited, so please ask during your consultation.
All major credit cards are accepted for payment. Payment is due at the time of the session.
We have a 48-business-hour cancellation policy. If you do not give 48 business hours notice or do not show up for your session, you will be expected to pay the full cost of the session.
Your right to a Good Faith Estimate. Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your mental health care will cost. We provide a written estimate of expected charges before you begin services, and you can request one at any time. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute it.
