Taija-Rae has a passion for supporting individuals across diverse populations, with a particular interest in children, adolescents, families, and military-connected clients. Her background working in a preschool setting has given her hands-on experience building meaningful relationships with young people and supporting early social-emotional development. As the spouse of a veteran, she brings a personal understanding of what military life looks like for families navigating it from the inside.
Taija-Rae's approach is compassionate, client-centered, and grounded in evidence-based practice. She is committed to creating safe, inclusive spaces where clients feel supported in their healing and growth. She brings genuine care and curiosity to every session, and a deep commitment to ethical, affirming practice.
I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow. My work with young children has shown me how early experiences shape who we become, and my own life has taught me how much it matters to have someone in your corner who truly understands your world. I want to be that person for my clients.
Taija-Rae is currently accepting clients and welcomes children, adolescents, individuals, military-connected clients, and families across a range of presenting concerns.
