Tiffany specializes in trauma recovery, identity work, and affirming care for LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent clients, bringing over 15 years of clinical experience and a lifetime of advocacy to the therapy and supervision space. She is trained in acceptance and commitment therapy, trauma-informed approaches, mindful hypnosis, EMDR, and mindfulness, compassion, and strengths-based approaches.
Tiffany's work is grounded in the belief that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of everything. She draws from evidence-based approaches and adapts them to fit each client, their history, their brain, their life. She doesn't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy, and she doesn't practice it.
I'm a queer, late-diagnosed AuDHD clinician myself. I spent many years wondering why everything felt harder than it should have before things finally clicked. That experience lives in my work every single day, in how I listen, how I ask questions, and in why I built a practice where people don't have to spend half the session explaining who they are before we can get to work.
I also hold a Doctorate in Education and Organizational Leadership. My research focused on burnout among LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent helping professionals. It was personal and professional in equal measure.
When I'm not in session or supervising, you'll find me traveling, doing my best to survive parenting my daughter during the preteen years, or hunting down the best bagels and Puerto Rican food I can find outside my home city, New York.
Tiffany has limited availability for LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent clients in NC, SC, VA, WA, and FL via telehealth.
